Start by pressing the Power button on the headphones to turn them ON. You should see a ORANGE/RED light on your headphones (I am assuming you don’t see this light).
Next, locate the FREQUENCY button. It can be found on the side of your headphones. It’s the middle button.
Also locate the GAME button. The “Game button” is just underneath the Voice button and above the charging port.
Now that you’ve located these buttons, press and hold both the Frequency button and the Game button at the same time for about 15 seconds.
After the 15 seconds are up, the power light will come on and your headphones should work now!
